could someone put me on the list for these threads or what ever you guys have. I'm new to free republic and still haven't figured out how everything works. That said it is very important conservatives embrace real science if we are ultimately to overcome the demoncrats. It is in their best interest to keep people uneducated and in the dark when it comes to real science. Thus they teach astrology, new age spiriualism, etc. We do not need the creationists making the conservative movement as much an enemy of science and education as the Dims have done to their party.

You will find, however, that many Conservatives have a agenda similar to that of Liberals and would very much like to prevent certain theories from being taught in our schools.
