In Congress, Lott is firmly against women’s reproductive rights

Strange way to put it.... So you think women have "reproductive rights" that include murdering another person with a beating heart who happens to be starting life and growing in a woman's womb?

Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott said he will promise a partial birth abortion ban.

Mine thought is: go for it, and then ban Abortion fully! It is a hex on this country!

Pending action: Lawmakers are fighting over whether terrorism insurance should protect businesses from punitive damages. Talks drag on over a wide-ranging energy bill. Congress is split over whether to ban cloning and a rarely used abortion procedure called partial-birth abortion by its foes.
