The phrase “partial-birth” abortion is an inaccurate and inflammatory term invented by the right wing.

With this, I agree - - the baby is not "partially" born, but is nearly all the way born except for the top of its head when the surgical scissors are implanted into the base of the skull prior to the brain being sucked out and the skull collapsed.
