I don't think this is the way the Dems wanted this to turn out.
They wanted Lott totally out in order to take the Senate, but when he caved on affermative action, they pulled a 180. They thought they had him by the gonads.
Now that he only stepped down - keeping the Senate-and a stronger leader stepping forward, they're freaking out!
They're all demonizing anyone Republican, and all those who voted Republican.
I think they're running on emotion right now, and they look like hate mongers. A normal person will see this, and feel nothing but discust.
They're trying to divide the nation in half. Even the African Americans must see this. How can they believe all people but Democratsare racist? Even those who don't vote may do so now that the Dems have done this. I'm sure even non-voters will feel their racial division tactics are not a good way to run a country.
Who would vote for them after they cut the country in half, and destroyed all the racial unity victories the nation has worked so hard to achieve?

I'm not yet convinced that Frist can handle the job, trying to tie snakes into bows, stacking hot coals to make a seat, herding tomcats and wannabe tomcats, and being purposely ignored by those not getting their way. Bill Frist is a doctor and an accomplished surgeon; doctors and especially surgeons aren't too good at herding cats or making pretty bows out of hissing snakes. They don't have the time for it in medicine, they give orders and expect them to be obeyed.

Somethings going on here. The Democrats are out in droves calling the Republican party and all Republicans racist. Therefore, those who don't vote at all are racist, too, or they'd be Democrats?
Emotion ,or should I say, panic,is comming from Democrats,I think.
I wonder what the publics reaction to all this is.
Are the Democrats trying too hard because it's not working like they thought it would, so they're turning up the heat? Are they getting desperate, or is it wishful thinking?
