You don't think any Arab Christians have been arrested?

If so, who cares?

If someone was arrested, it means they were not in compliance with the immigration laws. That means they are subject to arrest, and hopefully deportation.

Let's just say that the odds are against it.

I doubt if many of those arrested were Christians. Was Lebanon included on the list of countries? (I doubt it. Seems to me most Lebanese I've seen in this country assimilated long ago and are doing fine.)

If you don't mind my asking, where else in the arab world are there large concentrations of Christians who are ethnically semitic?

It seems to me that most of the unassimilated people (in the U.S.), from the listed countries, are moslems. Incidentally, I am thinking there may also be some Israelis in the U.S. who are also in violation of INS rules. I doubt Israel is on that list, though, since as far as I know, there have been no Israelis caught scheming to destroy us, or seen flying planes into buildings, in the U.S. (Except those guys in NJ who were videotaping and celebrating, and except if you buy into the story believed in the middle east--that it was the Mossad that destroyed the WTC. Do you find that story reasonable?)

So I think this group you are worried about, arab Christians who have been arrested in California for INS violations, is either very small, or nonexistent.

And last I heard, Christians were supposed to follow all laws that didn't conflict with their religion. INS regs don't conflict with Christianity.

In the few interviews I've heard with Palestinian Christians, I wouldn't mind
our guvmint keeping an eye on the ones who arrive in the USA.

In interviews they sounded like mind-numbed robots who are in love with Arafat.

Arab Christians need not be a target, but every Muslim in the USA should leave. Arab is not the problem, but the Islamics are something not compatable with democracy.
