I refuse to do flu shots, for instance.

I've gone my entire life without a flu shot and I'm still kicking.. :)

I used to do them but then the iridologist told me never to take them and since I trust his judgement, I never have since. All this stuff is poison to your system. No wonder everyone you know has cancer or some other debilitating disease. Makes you wonder, doesn't it???
