But it won't 'spin'. Here's why: NO ONE BELIEVES HIM! NO ONE! Heck, RATS-little people will question why this (spunk lee) "Sheet wearing Klansman" was so bad, had to step down, but now can stay. Fewer will believe their RAT leaders once Lott steps aside as he should. It's too damn good, I'm telling you.

Yes that will be the spin, but IMO, people are sick of this by now and what will stick in their minds is the intial lib feeding frenzy tarring Lott.

Keeping Lott is a reminder of the inital frenzy and that's what Carville & Co. want.
