GOD has such a habit of preference for SUCH DIVERSITY . . .

it just seems to me that He would have had more fun creating a diversity of universes based on/structured with VERY DIVERSE rules/laws/structures.

He seems to rarely like to do things the same way over and over.

Out of all of your posts, permit me to address the following:
He seems to rarely like to do things the same way over and over. # 409 posted by Quix

In my reading of the Bible, I perceive a repetition of patterns, so it could also be asserted that God creates a pattern, then repeats it in differing venues. Let me illustrate.

When the Israelites were instructed on how to construct the temple, they were told to have an outer court, a holy place, then a Holy of Holies at the center of the structure. We are led through scripture to see this construction as the pattern used before by God to construct we humans (as in the 'image' of God): an outer court, the body, that is not defiled by certain foods entering the body because they will come out through the drought(as Jesus taught); the inner man, the soul, the heart, out from which things can come that do defile the man(as Jesus taught) --the soul having a three part construction of mind, emotion, and will (the behavior mechanism) corresponding to the showbread table, the golden lampstand, and the altar of incense which was placed precisely before the curtain that hide the inner-most chamber, the Holy of Holies; the innermost chamber, the most inaccessible, reached by entering the outer court, then the inner court, then the concealing curtain wherein rested the ark of the covenant, but which God reached by appearing there without going through the other sections. The same three-part method appears to be repeated in other venues also, as three is the essence, we are told, of a triune God --Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

It would appear that our Creator has diversity above all else (the first aspect of God we read of is His creativity), but to assert that "He seems to rarely like to do things the same way over and over" is not substantiated by the scriptural evidence.

Twould be a surprise to me if our universe were the total of His creation!
