LOL, that's a great idea!

You know, I am SUCH A NEWBIE here that when I wrote that intro I wrote "Mixer" when I think I was thinking "Flyer" -- the one with the golden retriever. But it all turned out for the best because what a list you produced!! (And so fast too -- you're were post 42 if I recall.)

I love the subtle humor in each photograph too.

So yes, I say let's do a Dog a Day! I'd be happy to do the honors.

Jwfiv says he feels "guilty" that he took first from y'all, which is silly. I say (1) we always promised that the judging would be highly erratic, so no one can complain (well, except perhaps Aeronaut, I forgot to review his when I collected the lists! oopsssss) and (2) that as hard as you might search the web, you'll never find a dog as cute as Laura Bush is in her purple/black Christmas dress! and (3) even if jwfiv hadn't been first, then we would have had to decide whether you or pippin won, and that would have been *too hard* 'cause you guys were both so good, hence neither of you could come in first! See? It all makes sense. LOL. :P I'm just relieved that Billie's still talking to us after that last guest-hosting. :)

You keep referring to that last thread as something 'bad' - WHAT happened?! Should I go read it? LOL! (I never did get a chance to read it OR dansangel's thread for sweetliberty - though, in all fairness, I did get a preview of the thread before dansy posted it. I loved it! You were both great!)
