"This is from me to those that have not written yet, please write, use it,
tell about your family, your hobbies, how the weather is, what are you planning for the holidays.
Tell a funny thing that happened, send a joke anything. Tell about your pets and kids.

Facinating pictures tonight Diogenesis. Sean Penn looks like something the cat dragged in :o)
I really don't know what he thinks he's going to find out over there.

You gotta love Rummy's laugh - its a big happy belly laugh.
However, Saddam, when he get that steely-eyed serious look, I'd give real fast consideration to exile in Ruwanda or Uganda as an optimum chioce.

You gotta love Rummy's laugh - its a big happy belly laugh. That was great to see. Didn't know he could do that!
Wow. Now I think it would be an appropriate time to lower our heads and give thanks for their sacrifice.

Marine Lance Cpl. Scott Pomager, a forward observer from Pittsburgh, Pa., practices firing his M-249 Squad Automatic Weapon on the flight deck of the USS Austin I see a few shell casings and a lot of something else on the deck around his feet. Would someone care to tell me what those are?

Those are the disintegrating links from the ammo belts fed from inside the box magazine. This is essentially an M60 machinegun in 5.56mm with the same sort of belted ammo, the box is just to prevent the belt from catching on something.
