I thought those 36 days were the lowest part of my political obsession..........that's what it is.......been involved in one way or another for over fifty years.......but this attack on Lott is just the most hateful ugly episode. I am ready to throw in the towel.

I am ready to throw in the towel. I know how you feel... when the [extremes] collaborate and eat the heart out of the center of anything, it burns me up too!
And some of them don't even realize what they are really doing.
