If they really want this program this program, then it should be written into the legislation that authorizes it that every member of Congress, every federal judge, and every employee of every agency collecting and reviewing this data...all information that will be gathered from the general public will be gathered on them FIRST and posted on the Internet and updated weekly, even after they no longer work there. After all, (as some like to say) if THEY have nothing to hide, they won't mind if everyone has this information. Until that happens, I'll go back to cash and will go out of my way to keep off of any public or private database.
