You mean like the United Negro College fund. Black Miss America, the Black Caucus, the all black fraternities at any college in the country, black studies at state sponsored schools, affirmative action, that kind of segregation?

You're not current, are you? Blacks would rather hang with blacks. It happens in schools, in neighborhoods, in police departments (or so my boys tell me).
