"In short, delicious and biting satire and outroariously funny. And so politically incorrect as I listen nearly 40 years after they were recorded."
As I told you offline, the deep recesses of my memory have been unlocked. I have heard a number of these bits some lifetime ago. Now I remember where I heard the name Nick Danger.
These guys have really stood the test of time. Their humor is as irreverent today as it was in the 60's/70's, but from a different grownup perspective. Thank you so much for sharing them with me.
Quite Sincerely...MUD
Interestingly enough?
Over time you're going to hear (derive) more & more from their satire; which, is really quite timeless?
But as is usually the case one must listen carefully, as well as, listen at the right time.
Remember what I said about the elusive cutoff age of those who'd have any appreciation for the things, too.
Means yankhater will be completely lost; just as our good friend, Mudboy Slim undoubtably found himself as he listened to his copy?
...unless you're there with him to do a lot of translating.
