Let me know how I can assist any efforts to organize our efforts...

OK, decide on a restaurant! Say we have 20 people or so. I promise not to complain. I'll handle the reenactment part. I think the reenactment is first-come, first-served -- the first 400 in line get in. Is that right, Sarah?

Church doors will open to the public for unreserved seating at 1:30 p.m. for each 2:00 p.m. show. The Church can accommodate up to 400 people. Free on-street parking is available. A voluntary offering is collected at the end of each performance. St. John's Church.

Are you planning on eating before or after the reenactment? A good friend of mine just told me about a new restaurant located a block from St.John's Church, which means it could actually be in the same building as the old Patrick Henry Inn. Still, I want to check the place out before I make a recommendation.
