Thanks everyone!

I bake bruschettas from my garden tomatoes and herbs, but I didn't have a recipe for an artichoke one. Sounds yummy!

If you're having a large crowd, you can also use cream cheese (the soft kind) with salsa, in a different way.

First you get a fairly large clear glass bowl. You line the bowl with the cream cheese. Then, you just pour in your favorite salsa. As you dip in the salsa, you get a dab of the cream cheese with every bite.

As an added touch, you can draw little designs in the cream cheese before you pour in the salsa.
