I heard she was supposed to run for election in Venezuela in 1998 but had a botox appointment (and couldn't spell Venezuela) and missed it. By the way, does anyone know where the phrase "it actually happened once in Venezuela" comes from? I am thinking a Bugs Bunny cartoon, but not sure.
