President Bush began his day with a phone call to Danish Prime Minister Rasmussen. He also had his daily intelligence and FBI briefings before he met with Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Interior and the Chairman of his Council on Environmental Quality to announce a new initiative to reduce the threat of wildfire in the western states. Oh, and Bush taped an interview with Barbara Walters that will air on 20/20 Friday night. During that interview, the President said he would support a voluntary vaccination against small pox. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

How old are you?? I was too young to vote for Reagan too--and I didn't get to vote for HW in 1992 by one month. Flat out broke my heart. The day the Toon was elected, I wore all black to school.

Braveheart was awesome! Awesome in a Charlton Heston sort of way (from the 60's and 70's movies he was doing.) I've always been interested in the tragic hero theme, and Braveheart was such.

I don't get out to the movie much either. They just suck so much money out of ya. But I did see Harry Potter II with mom and grandma. We all read the books and guess what's going to happen in the next one. It's definately worth seeing, and the special effects are awesome!

I'VE GOT A SHEPHERD!!!!!!
They're the BEST dogs ever. I hope Santa brings another one for your family. I really do.
I'm going to take a picture along of ours when she was a pup so I can MAYBE end up with the same colorings....when her time comes, that is. It's so darn hard losing pets....

I was just coming into my own about appreciating the world around me. I doubt that I could really, really appreciate the role that Regan filled when he took office. I also didn't realize that there was such a strong (deathgrip) hold on the country by the demonrats until recently.

He claim that they kept Socks out of the basement Buddy there tooo
While he claim that Dubya keep ALL Animal Spotty Barney and including India free access to the WH outside INSIDE the Family Quarter

I prefer my "high moral ground" reasons for not going to see the movies out there.
I protest Spielburg, Cruise, Baldwin, etc for being talking airheads, and since most of the rest of MuddyWood are the same way, I choose not to spend my hard saved $$$ on them. (My lone exception is George Lucas. I can't shake him no matter how hard I try....)
