However, it is also apparent that you may have never faced a legal problem which represented a possible 'life or death' outcome. I pray you will never be forced into such a position. Because most attorneys can detect hostility, even subtle negative impressions, through their clients evasions and answers to probing questions. There is a vast difference in undertaking a truly dedicted effort on behalf of a client, and simply avoiding the obvious pitfalls that might result in a claim for legal malpractice.
