This is son-of-9-11. 2004 is too late. Accepting 2004 reflects a laissez-faire peacetime mindset. Terminating vaccinations in '72 during the Cold War was idiotic. Shame on you Nixon, you idiot. Lacking adequate safe vaccine on hand to innoculate every American and the people trained to do it is inexcusable. The front line in this war are the firemen, cops, ems people, public health personnel, Coast Guard, board patrol and reserve components. These are the people who were stiffed during the Clinton years. Cancel the worthless space station and other boondoggles to help finance homeland security.
