Where no offense is meant, no offense should be taken.

If only, GOP_Lady. We're not dealing with people looking for an apology, we're dealing with people looking to destroy Republicans and reclaim their power in the Senate and for the '04 elections. No Dem. can listen to the black "leaders" calling President Bush a Nazi and pretend to be "outraged" over Lott's thoughtless comments.

Unfortunately "common sense" is trumped by politics. In this case the Dems smell GOP blood. They are going in for the kill and the GOP will be happy to toss Lott in like chum. We are literally at war -- make NO mistake about it.
