Yeah, but then I'll be like those folks in the Twilight Zone episode, "The Shelter." You know, the one where all their neighbors pounded their way into the fallout shelter, thus rendering it useless. Or worse, I'll emerge from my shelter and find a world filled with murderous mutants, like Chuck Heston in "The Omega Man."
Far easier to keep the basement messy.

About basements ... at least you've got one! Most of us folks here in Phoenix just have a concrete slab that our house sits on!! There are some buildings downtown with underground parking, but the basement as I knew it in Wisconsin is only in other parts of the country!!
