BTW, Sean Hannity misses the point when he attempts to justify retaining Lott by pointing to the double standard. i.e., clinton honoring the racist Fulbright and democrat leader Sen. KKK Byrd,
Those counterexamples are, in fact, irrelevant. The issue isn't the racial double standard. Indeed, the double standard is rooted in entrenched perception...and in politics, perception is reality.
The issue is whether Lott is a liability, not whether it is fair that he is a liability.

The issue is whether Lott is a liability, not whether it is fair that he is a liability. Agreed Mia....100%
Will never get over how Lott managed to lose the majority....and how "in the name of bipartisianship" he gave the RATS this and that...used to get me sick..

This is why conservatives are losers, it's attitudes like yours that we have to take the high road when the competion plays to win, conservatives play to lose. It's imbicilic to to act like this. Why don't you just vote for the RAT next time. And I hope Lott is not moved by you people, I'm sick of the GOP being such idiots.

I have read several of your posts today and agree with your thinking on this issue, and if I may...I always enjoy your graphic artistry and passionate political wisdom, but as a 56Ker(on a good day) I am glad to see a simple text participation.
