Not necessarily. This could be some sort of Tourette's thing.
But the consequences of being held to a higher standard is that sometimes you gotta live it. And that higher standard may simply be having the moral courage to recognize that one's leadership ability has gone to ZERO.

I admire James Madison. I believe he was a brilliant political theoretician. I'm glad he served as president of the United States and I'm even more happy that he was one of the leading forces behind our Constitution. I also revere that document, and admire the men who ratified it.
That is my actual opinion.
Is it a racist opinion?
If so, why?
If not, why not?
I'd like to hear an answer from those who are screaming for Lott's scalp.

If I thought for one minute that Lott was a racist and believed what the Dems and the bias media are accusing him of .. I would agree with you .. we don't need him
But I don't think he is a racist and I think that the Dems and the media are blowing this way out .. for no other reason to get one step closure to regaining control of the Senate
The man did apologize .. but he didn't use the exact words that you and the Dems want him to .. so let's just pound on him some more
Sorry .. I have not falling for the Dems trap .. these people play dirty and will use any trick in the book
