Let me get this straight - you seem to think that people should be able to do what ever -pleases them - as long as it is done in the privacy of their home - regardless of the consequences of who may be harmed in the process. It's not mine, or the government's business. Do you wish to ban bungee jumping? Mountain climing?
As for Russian Roulette, personally, I don't see any reason for government intervention as long as all involved parties are consenting ADULTS.
