Yeah! I think you're on to something here, Mate!

Here's the deal; we take that North Korean tramp steamer the Spanish Navy recently delayed for us, and after we get all of the Scuds etc. off of it (see related thread on that - very interesting!), we convert it into a floating SEPTIC TANK.

Hey; all of our Warships out there in the Persian Gulf etc. have to pump the bilges somewhere, eh; and we wouldn't want to go polluting the pristene ocean waters thereabouts, would we? What would the Environmentalists say?
Just pump the old tub right up to the gunwhales with Allied crap and send it wallowing off to... oh, I dunno... Yemen?

And paint the name in big, bright yellow letters on both sides of the bow, high up where we can still read it when she's full;

"WILLIAM J. CLINTON"

Now as to registration... I'd hate to see a U.S. flag on the bloody thing; how about France? Just a thought.
