"If you went to the deepest nether regions in Africa, went to one of the natives and said 'Joyous Kwanzaa!', they'd stick a speer through you."
Kwaanza isn't pagan, it's a basically a Marxist celebration of "the community". It's a fools holiday fabricated from the whole cloth of junk ideology - and as such I would expect it to thrive in a nation of fools.

The two members of the US gang who murdered the two Panthers after they dissed Karenga at a Black Studies meeting on the UCLA campus were Larry and George Stiner. Both were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. They escaped in 1974. Larry turned himself in to the FBI in 1994, but George Stiner is still at large. He is on California's 10 Most Wanted list which can be found here. There is also and International Crime Alert on this fugitive who is considered armed and extremely dangerous here.

I have heard Medved say several times he worked for the Panthers as some sort of flak. He was in his late teens I believe and living in the Bay Area.
We wish you a phony festival
wish you a phony festival
wish you a phony festival
'Cause Kwanzaa sucks big
Made up by a racist felon
made up by a racist felon
made up by a racist felon
Who called all policemen pigs
Karenga's a thug who should be in jail and his Kwanzaa fools think that it's their holy grail
We wish you a phony festival
wish you a phony festival
wish you a phony festival
That needs to be mocked
Made up by a racist felon
made up by a racist felon
made up by a racist felon
It is really a crock
===================================
I try to choose my words carefully. Unless I am missing it, I cannot see where I called Kwanzaa racist. I called Karenga racist and a felon, an accurate description.
Your crusade against kwaanza will not succeed on the basis of who founded it and why. People don't remember that when they celebrate. Most never knew it in the first place.
If you found out the person who suggested Mothers Day was a criminal would you stop celebrating it.
My bottom line is who cares? Celebrate what you want and let others do the same. Feliz Navidad!
