As far as Israel's dealings with China, as an American, I'm appalled that there's even the slightest possibility of a technology transfer to the Chinese, although the greatest hazard to national security is out of the White House. If it's determined that Israel leaked sensative information or technology to China, then they should be completely cut off to all foreign aid: Simple enough (emphasis added)

I'm inclined to agree with you, but I wonder about this story since China got what it needed as regards nuclear secrets, technology, and satellites from the Clinton administration.

David Horowitz wrote about Clinton with Red China that "it was as if the Rosenbergs were running the Whitehouse -- except the Rosenbergs were little people and naive.... The Rosenbergs also did it for a mistaken ideal -- not to line their pockets."

And lest we forget - the United States, under the Lend-Lease Program, shipped to the USSR tens of tons of nuclear materials - in 1943.
