This is my state, not yours, and I know what the conditions are here.

As I recall, you were pretty quick to tell New Yorkers that the just had to vote for Pataki when you admitted your ignorance of the conditions here. Can you say hypocrite?

Apples and oranges, sarcasm. If you will recall, I made the case that the Clintons could not be allowed to be seen as kingmakers. Pataki won by a large margin, the Clinton candidate was abandoned in foolish pursuit of a victory over Jeb Bush, and the Clintons are again shown to be a Jonah to candidates.

Pataki won by a fairly large margin, so a great many New Yorkers apparently agreed with me. I hope you were satisfied with your vote, however you cast it.

However, I did not claim to know anything about conditions in New York. I simply pointed out the national effect if the Clinton candidate won. Because New Yorkers voted for Pataki, I am quite grateful. This does not mean that I think Pataki is a conservative, but rather that I think he was helpful in marginalizing the Clintons.

And why are you here anyway, bringing this up on an immigration thread? Still bitter, I presume.
