Well, it looks like some of the trailer labs in Oklahoma and Texas are going to be up against some stiff competion. Actually, a lot of meth has been coming in from Mexico for a long time, as it's safer to make it there, and just bring in the finished product to sell. Less risk, and with the cheaper labor south of the border, it's a win win. Sometimes.

Labor cost is not the driver, material scarcity is.
