Meth is a truely evil substance, and the people who make the stuff are motivated purely by quick profits-anyone trafficking in the stuff has completely sold their soul.Part of the solution is for people to make others aware of it's dangers and like you said, how it makes users lose their minds and ethics. You bet. And guess who uses Meth the most? Low income people. And it just happens that largest increase of low income people in Indianapolis are Mexican immigrants and illegal aliens....
I knew a Mexican illegal alien, who was so strung out on meth, that his fingernails were turning black, and he could pull his teeth out with his fingers, as his gums and teeth were made so weak and rotted from the drug.
I found out later, that his brain met the same fate, after he shot and killed a store clerk, he broke into someones home running from the law, and blew his brains out in their bathroom
In my own area it is indeed low income rural people who seem to use it the most.I'm guessing that stems from a combination of poor schools and drug education and lack of economic opportunitys. When they find out they can make fast money cooking the stuff in their backyard shed or barn they figure it's better than starving.About a year ago I stopped in a rural store outside of my hometown and the girl working the gas pumps asked my friend and I if we could see the license plate of a small truck that had just left the parking lot.We looked and it was just out of sight, and she told us the guy had been driving a different vehicle in every week or so and buying every single carton of book matches they had.She said she had instructions from the store owner to record his license number as the local cops had told them meth cooks cut all the heads off the matches in order to use them in the process of making the stuff. The cops have store owners looking out for strange purchases like this one all over our state, which happens to be one of the top states for meth production.
