Are you staying in California? Pepperdine is a good conservative college and if you located in Simi Valley, you'd have a nice environment and good schools. Might be a bit of a commute, but worth it. Listen to Books on Tape.

I have heard wonderful things about Pepperdine. I don't think I can afford California though. I need to find a five bedroom house for not much money!!
