I have visited Valpo many times. (Use to stay at the Lempke, downtown) I have been to their apostate chapel and have known some of their leftwing, foam-at-the-mouth demokrat socialist students.
Valpo is a place which will destroy anything students learned from their parents.
The students I know, went there because it wasn't conservative.
I hate to say this but I am scared of Presbyterian or Lutheran "Christians"-- they just don't seem to have an Anchor that will Hold them in the true faith of Jesus Christ, when the storms of liberalism and secularism, and yes "anti SEMITISM" and anti-Israel rather than pro-, and replacement theology and Preterism...strike.
"Will your Anchor hold, in the storms of life, when the Clouds unroll their Wings of Strife...When the Strong Tides Lift, When the Cables strain, Will your Anchor Drift, or will it Firm remain?"
That was a long time ago then. That hotel hasn't been there for more than a few years.
According to my brother-in-law who graduated from there, it is much more conservative than most of the schools he has been associated with.
I don't think this is anything to argue about though...
