Exactly and guess who won't cooperate to change that system? But this last Government has been so bad that even some of the east is waking up. Quebec will NEVER be a player. They are just a blood sucking, rebellious Province that Canada could well do without.

The first time I was in Canada was when deGaul came there and stirred up trouble calling for a free Quebec. That was in '67. Maybe they should have gone for it huh?
