This looks like it may be a repeat of Landrieu's 1996 race against Jenkins. New Orleans hasn't reported a vote and Landrieu took 75% of the vote there in November; if she duplicates that tonite, with the same margin, she'll win New Orleans alone by 65,000 votes. Second, even if Terrell holds Landrieu to 30% in St. Tammany, with the same total voters as November, she only gets a majority out of St. Tammany of 23,000. Landrieu may once more end up winning by less than 10,000 votes, again on the strength of New Orleans.

But aren't the FBI in New Orleans too???? For crying out loud - somebody drive down there and give us the nitty gritty. I can't stand it.
