Federal enforcement of penalties against these kinds of tort attorneys is a must. They are simply out of control.

One need only study the US Senate debate on Homeland Security to see who (Tom Daschle/Debbie Stabenow/Hillary Clinton/Barbara Boxer) was backing the ability of trial attorneys to end US vaccine production.

These democrat senators claim that there is a right for their trial attorney friends to sue vaccine manufacturers.

Phil Grahm went to the floor and spoke the truth. According to the Senator from Texas the total amount of litigation against vaccine manufacturers in the US reached TEN TIMES the WORLD GROSS REVENUE for ALL VACCINES on EARTH.

Essentially, the trial attorneys are damaging US national security with their out of control behavior.

If the government can not intercede and control the members of the "judiciary", more substantial reform will occur because the people are fed up with the BS.

The lawyer industry is a collection of truly evil, corrupt, vile, rapacious, traitorous vermin. The legal industry spits on the Constitution and ethics. They regard themselves as being above the law. Lawyers steal and ruin lives without the slightest compunction.

These observations are shared by most Americans who regularly rate lawyers as having a level of confidence and respect at the absolute bottom of all professions and occupations.
