I called the RNC about this this morning. Mr. Racicot will talk with Karl Rove about this over the weekend to try and push Bush's tort reform measure.

Good. The trial lawyers are going nuts. Look what they've done to the cost of healthcare (for the DNC "free universal health care plan for everyone").
Look what they've done to pharmacudical prices (for the DNC "free proscription drugs for everyone")
