LACKEY INSPECTOR: I think we've got something, sir. The report is only a fragment from an inspection team in an Iraqi base, but it's the best lead we've had.
BLIX: (irritated) We have thousands of inspectors searching Iraq. I want proof, not leads!
LACKEY: The visuals indicate chemical readings.
BLIX: It could mean anything. If we followed every lead...
LACKEY: But, sir, the Iraqi nation is supposed to be devoid of chemical weapons.
Bush moves to a large screen showing an image of the Iraqi base. Iraqi military vehicles can be seen approaching the base in the distance.
Bush: You found something?
LACKEY: Yes, Mr. President.
Bush: (studying the image on the console screen) That's it. The Iraqi WMD's are there.
BLIX: Mr. President, there are so many uncharted settlements. It could be smugglers, it could be...
Bush: That is the base. And I'm sure Saddam is with them. Set your course for the Iraq system. General Franks, prepare you men.

Does the UN (blix or whomever) have the right to edit the document before letting the US see it and never letting the US see the 'real deal',

I don't think they do. If you're referring to my above statement, it's a scene from the Empire Strikes Back. I just changed the names and locations to make it fit. I was going off of colorado tanker's lead. :)
