Its not like President Bush needs to wait til Saddam takes out NYC before he acts.

If Bubba were still in office that is what it would take for him "to act".

Same goes for Hillary if she ever becomes president, at which point we will have to pray that she/they are removed from government by military coup, like in the film Seven Days in May.
