Would anyone care to explain why our government would even consider giving a software contract to a Saudi-allied computer firm ??

P-Tech was started in 1994. Most of the named system are developed systems, and have probably been in place in these Agencies for some time. Who was President of the USA in those years? Who was his (deceased) Secretary of Commerce in those years? Note most of the major Agencies mentioned are all key Executive Branch functions. Now,... connect the dots.
