Al-Qaeda's Global Jihad

During the month of the Ramadan (which ended this week), an announcement was published by an active Al-Qaeda cell on a website connected to the Al-Qaeda Islamic terror network. The announcement called for Muslim nations to unite around the "common goal", and that the solution to the Islamic nation's problems, was to follow the path of Allah and Jihad.

The announcement requests that Muslims not remain silent in the face of the injustices caused to Islam since the fall of the Caliphs dynasty. It talks of the loss of "Andalusia" to the "Christian occupation" of Spain in 1492, the loss of Palestine, Eritrea, Afghanistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, The Balkans, the Caucases, Kashmir, Burma and Sudan.

Thanks to the Al-Qaeda leadership [Al-Qaeda is headed by Mullah Omar and Iman Al-Zawahari], Jihad warriors have managed to break through the boundaries and spread their Jihad activities through many countries. These include Afghanistan, Chechnia, The Balkans, Kashmir, China, the Philippines, Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Eritrea, Sudan, Egypt, Algiers, Libya, Tunis, Morocco, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq. They also include several other countries in Africa, Scandinavia, South and North America and Australia". Said the announcement.



The role of the Muslims in the realization of Islam's goals:

The role of religious scholars and teachers:

1. To provide a fit religious response for the religious scholars who give legitimacy to the treacherous rulers.

2. To lead the public out in the streets to start a civilian rebellion, demonstrations and Intifada, against heretic regimes.

3. To demand that Islamic law be fully applied by those governments.

4. To demand that the treecherous rulers banish the heretics from the Arabian Peninsula. 5. To cast out the heretics.

6. A call on Muslims to give financial support to the Mujahadeens through charity.

7. To begin preaching the values of Jihad.

8. To endure the suffering caused by the regimes, such as arrests.



The role of those committed to the righteous path, those who follow the teachings of the scholars:

1. To organize clandestine groups and activities amongst the public.

2. To cast out those heretic rulers and scholars who have strayed from the righteous path.



The role of the rich:

1.To give financial support to Jihad activities and the Mujahadeens.

2. To secretly make contact with Islamic scholars/teachers.

3. Not to be afraid of the regime.



The role of the poor:

1. To make up the national army, and to establish through force an Islamic state. Due to their faith and their sacrifice, the faith will flourish and heresy will be erased.

2. To gather around scholars/teachers and Mujahadeens.

3. Spiritual and mental preparation, as well as weapons training and training involving explosive charges in preparation for the coming Jihad in which Islam will be victorious over the heretics.

4. To collect charity as much as is possible

5. To avoid complying with the regimes that operate against Islam.



The role of women:

1. To spur on the Mujahadeens to carry out heroic activities and acts of self sacrifice.

2. To give money to support Jihad activities and the Mujahadeens, in accordance with the paths of Allah. Collection of money will be done clandestinely only by women of whom we can be sure of.
