I read your post and watched the new video. The circumstances behind the alleged death of the alleged twin are too vague. The court has the information. Custody by the mother is still the goal of the court or the "bonding" issue would not have been a factor in removing the girl from the aunt and uncle. The mother was not charged with a crime in relation to the alleged death of the other child was she? The Goins (aunt and uncle) blamed her in some degree but did the police or social services blame her?
So it was the Goins that initiated the action to have the child removed from the mother in the first place. I would like to know more about them, their relationship to the mother and the original incident that started all of this. Hopefully a more objective reporter will get involved.
