may even be repugnant to him to do what he is doing, however, it is VERY strategeric to keep his rhetoric to an acceptable "open arms" approach. Doing this, he can say that America has and continues to demonstrate our HIGH LEVEL of MORALITY etc. etc....you know the drill. I would just love to see all the Muzzies vaporized as much as anyone else but we gotta look at the long range plan...
