Yup - could be.
And notice the two fingers on her right hand, shaking hands with Bush (Post 17, pic 2). They are open, in a V shape, on Bush's hand. Sure feels like trust to me when I hold my hand that way and imagine being in her place.
Yes, that is indeed the photo of Anton, a young girl who was killed in an auto crash and for who the bill is named.
