I have a gut feeling George W. Bush will deliver world peace
No - don't go there. There is no final place called "peace", at least not in the life of mortals we inhabit now. There is only the ebb and flow, of war and peace, of liberty and tyranny.
But George W. Bush sure is flowing the right way !!

This is from a article in August 24, 2000. Thought kind of amusing!
TAMARAC, Fla. -- Al Gore answered a tough question Wednesday from one of the youngest people in the crowd, 10-year-old Chaille Stoval.
"Why do we have soldiers in the first place?" the sixth-grader asked.
The Democratic presidential candidate didn't flinch upon hearing the question.
"Even though we're not in a war right now, there are a lot of bad guys in the world," Gore replied during a campaign stop at a Florida seniors' center.

When I say world peace, I mean it as people living free and protecting liberty. Ronald Reagan ended the "Cold War" and brought about the end of the former Soviet Union. I believe George W. Bush will change the world in a more profound way. I believe we will see and end of Dictatorships like Saddam's and North Korea in the next 4 years, I believe we will see a revolution in Iran in the next 2 years and that will be the spark that lites the fire.
Something George W. Bush said has always stuck with me....
"The course of this conflict is not known, yet its outcome is certain. Freedom and fear, justice and cruelty, have always been at war, and we know that God is not nuetral between them"
I,m confident he truly believes this, and so do I
