As for Israeli involvement with the F-10, there is evidence. However, the FAS is a leftist site and people ignore the co-operation between Sweden (and its current US-coventure teh Grippen) and China. The J/F-10 could just as easily be a cross between the Pakistani F-16B and the Saab Grippen.
The Lavi is a 1985 design. The Grippen in a stealthy 1995 design. The F-10 seems to copy some the Grippen's characteristics. Of course, it would be better if the US were to get a copy of the J-10.
In general, Israel should stop selling weapons to China. (although, it is in the US interest for Israel to help China's enemy, India).
The US should stop GIVING weapons awar to Israel's logical and historical enemies, Jordan and Egypt.
