Lucky you! I've had to reboot two previous releases -- wife 1.0 was always crashing, and wife 2.0 froze up all the time.

Fortunately, wife 3.0 has been stable. Except for an annoying overflow in the "how many pairs of shoes do I need" heap, she's been great!

Sorry to hear that. I hope you remembered to uninstall all previous versions before installing wife 3.0, otherwise serious resource conflicts are likely.

Myself, I've had good luck with wife 1.0 so far, given regular preventative maintenance. And we've spawned two robust child processes so far, with no degradation in performance, so I think I'm doing pretty well....
