If these folks are involved in the film industry, it appears they're employed as "grips," "gaffers", and "best boys." No big names associated with the Hollywood Republican Congress. Where's Arnold?

It's a new organization. Give it time — and in the meantime, at least applaud the courage of those who are making an effort to change things. Don't overlook the fact that the lower-level folks have more to lose than big-time celebrities. The radio talk show host, Al Rantel, is doing everything he can to support them, including speaking at some of their meetings and giving them air time.
