In the first hour of Fox and Friends, it was reported that Ms. Terrell is down by 20 points in this race. In the very next program, the report for LA was that the race was a statistical dead heat. What is the truth? I'm assuming the latter since this President would not waste his valuable time in a lost cause.

FOX and Friends is looking at old polls.
The new one yesterday has Terell trailing by one.

And sending in Ralph Reed, who did wonders for GOP turnout in Georgia also has to be an indication that Landrieu is vulnerable.

One poll had her down 16 points another up 6 points. Most recent both at 43%. If that is right Terrell will win as she will get most of the undecided votes.

Yes, I'm so glad that the GOP took my advice on that. I recommended right here on FR the day after the Nov. election that they put him to work there immediately.

Thanks!

What will make the difference is whether Republicans get out the vote. That's what put us back in charge of Congress.

Agreed. Ralph did wonders here in Georgia. First GOP governor since the Civil War, and we booted Max. Ralph orchestrated an unprecedented grass roots GOTV effort that was successful. Let's hope he can do the same in LA.

Terrell polled about 20 points behind Landrieu on November 5, but there is no way she is down 20 points in this run-off. Yesterday, a statewide poll showed the race to be even. It looks like Terrell is in pretty good shape and, hopefully, Bush can push her over the top.

They are goign to do the 72-hour plan as well.
To: rwfromkansas
What is the 72 hour plan?

What is the 72 hour plan? Maybe they're paying Bill 72 virgins to screw it up for the Democrats?
To: Tennessean4Bush
A last-minute GOTV effort of the GOP.....calling likely voters etc.

?? I thought it was providing cartons of cigarettes to the homeless to bus them around to various voting precincts.
:-p

Maybe they're paying Bill 72 virgins to screw it up for the Democrats?I understand he insisted he get one hour apiece (PUN INTENDED!!) with 72 virgins.
Don't matter, he could have 1000 virgins and Terrell's still gonna win. Looks like, I hope and pray, that THE SCUMBAG's influence is on the wain. Let us pray it stays that way!

Any poll where the left wing maggots in the media have any control over is not a poll but a push pull poll/tool for the Rat Queen up re election in New Orleans.

Terrell should win Saturday, but America has already won in that race because BOTH candidates have fled from the pro-choice position over to the pro-life position (a sure sign of a political trend).
Landrieu, for instance, was aided by NOW's Sr Executive VP Gandy (currently President of NOW) campaigning for her pro-choice views in her 1996 Senate run.
But in this year, Landrieu is now claiming to be pro-life.
So no matter how the dust settles (hopefully with a Terrell win, of course), we've already won at least something in this election.
Landrieu should be asking "Where's NOW, now?!"
And reporters should be asking NOW why they sent their big guns to campaign for Landrieu in '96 but are avoiding her this year.
Oh, I forgot... The media isn't allowed to ask LIBERAL groups the really tough questions.

Landrieu to win this election would claim to be pro life and pro guns and pro anything conservatives believe in.
If she wins, she will be back to funding abortions for those who vote for her.
