Why have a law that you're not going to enforce?

They are enforcing it. In the public parks and rest areas. They just don't care what you do in your home. You are complaining about a boogeyman that doesn't exist.

OK. I take it then that you wouldn't oppose a law against smoking tobacco...after all, if it's only enforced against people smoking in public, it's working and should be left alone, right?
